1. What Vitral Player is
Vitral Player is a media player app for Smart TVs, accompanied by this website, which is used to add lists and manage the license. By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms.
2. We do not provide content
Vitral Player does not provide, sell, host or recommend channels, movies, series or playlists. The app only plays the content of the list that you add yourself. We have no affiliation with any content provider.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the lists you add and must have the right to access their content. It is forbidden to use Vitral Player to access content without authorization from the rights holders. We may suspend, without refund, the access of anyone who uses the service this way or tries to harm its operation.
4. Trial and license
- Each TV has a 7-day free trial.
- The license is valid for a single TV, identified by the code shown in the app, for the purchased period.
- The license cannot be shared between devices. Transfers to another device are reviewed by support.
- When the license expires, the list stops opening when the TV checks the license with the server, but it remains saved until it is renewed or deleted.
5. Payment and refunds
The price charged is the advertised price. Since there is a free trial, we recommend testing with your list before paying. Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase are handled through the support email, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service always online, but it may be interrupted. How your list works depends on your provider and your internet connection, which we do not control. If our server is down, the app keeps opening with the last known license.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The update date is shown at the top of this page, and important changes will be announced on the website.
